The time, if any specified for the commencement and completion of the supply and delivery of the goods shall be deemed to be variable, if delays are occasioned by force majeure, strikes, lockouts, accidents, or any other cause beyond the Company’s control..
Goods shall not be returned after delivery without the Company’s prior agreement.
In the event that the Company agrees to the return of product for reasons other than manufacturing fault, damage in transit or incorrect specification, then the return will be subject to a 30% restocking charge on €30 per door collection charge.
